Club Information forms and dues payments should be submitted to the Orange District by May 1 and by the 1st of the following months thereafter for any new members.
Year-end report forms noting the accomplishments and community impacts of Club projects are due to the District after Dec 31. Award winning reports from the previous year are posted.
